Mage Arcane Orb Class Mount?

Now this is a hilarious forum post here:

I just want to ride around on my arcane-orb, even if it takes me weeks to complete a quest chain :(

This was Androy of Duskwood's reply to a Warlock's QQ about the epic warlock mount quest. It left me rolling, had to share!

I don't see why not! I always thought it was a bit strange for a few classes to have a class mount while others did not. Although, priests having racial skills is similar... why don't all classes have race-only skills?

Yes, I have merged blogengine into spelldamage. This is currently version 1.4, which is the latest release. I don't get emails because I haven't set that up yet. I need to ask my host to reset the email password... I haven't gotten around to doing that yet.
